Biography

I am a Scientist in the MAP Centre for Urban Health Solutions at St. Michael’s Hospital and a family physician at St. Michael’s Hospital. I am also a Senior Scientist at ICES (formerly Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences) and a Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto.  My primary research interests are the delivery of primary health care services including primary care reform models; equity in health care delivery for disadvantaged populations; and the application of geographic methods in health research.
